SCHOOL RULES & REGULATIONS TO FOLLOW : BY PARENTS & STUDENTS :
Punctuality on all occasions is a demand of the School. Children must reach the school 5 minutes before the Schedule Time, Not Earlier.
During an Academic Session 80% Attendance is compulsory. for Promotion.
Regular School Uniform is compulsory. Parents should provide well-washed and ironed Uniform to their wards to look smart, neat & tidy.
Every student should carry School Diary & I Card every day. Students without any Diary & I Card will be fined to pay.
Name of the student, who is absent from the class for more than 6 days without prior Permission, will be struck off the Attendance Register. In case, Re-admission is granted, Re Admission Fee will be charged.
Since the School imparts Education to both boys and girls through English Medium, therefore, it is expected of the students to observe a High Standard of Decency & Decorum as per the norms of a cultured Society. If students are using vulgar and abusive language, they will be dealt with seriously. While in the school premises, students should abstain themselves from speaking loudly, shouting, making a noise, whistling and yelling to create class disturbance/Noise Pollution.
Giving and Taking Loan to one another is strictly prohibited.
All the students must speak in English while they are on the school campus.
To avail leave, students must submit a Leave Application addressed to the Principal and duly signed by the parents. In case of Medical Leave, a duly Signed Medical Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner, should be attached to the Leave Application.
Students found bringing Crackers, Sprinkling Colours on fellow - students, walls and furniture etc. will be punished and fine will be imposed on them, accordingly.
Students found carrying sharp edged instruments, Knife and Fire Arms, shall be punished by Suspension or Termination from the School.
The School will not be responsible for the loss of any valuable items eg. Ornaments, Watches, Mobiles, phones, Calculators, Money. Such things are banned to bring for use in the School.
Students & found violating the laid down Rules and Regulations and Code of Conduct of the School will be rendered liable to Punishments/ Suspension or Termination from the School.
Carrying Cell Phones, CDs, E-games and Pen-Drives etc. are not permitted.
Parents and Guardians are not permitted to enter Classrooms to meet their Children or seek unscheduled interviews with Teachers & Students.
No strangers are allowed to meet the students in the School Campus.
Polybags are not allowed in the School for any use.
Students should not break any furniture or fixtures within the School campus. Any student causing damage to the School Property, will be charged a Fine.
Misbehaviour on the part of Parents/ Guardians with any member of the School Staff may lead to Expulsion of the student from the school.
Students should always observe Silence in the verandahs, Corridors and also in the School Library. Running, playing and shouting inside the school building is not allowed.
The daily Lunch and Tiffin Box have to be brought to the School by the students along with them. No Lunch items will be accepted at the Reception or School Gate, after- wards from Parents.
Parents/Guardians may bring their wards in proper School Uniform for P.T.M. Civies/Mufti Dress are not allowed. Parents shall not enter the school in Half- Neker / Shorts.
Use of Heena / Mehendi, Hair Gel, Make -up, Nail Polish, or Perfumes are not permitted to use and apply
Long Hair is not permitted & Hair to be trimmed and nails clipped properly.
Valuable/Attractive items found with students shall be confiscated. The School will not be liable to pay for the loss or theft of money or valuables. So be cautious.
Collecting Subscription or Donation by the students or selling or purchasing personal items are not allowed. No Borrowing or Lending of Money is permitted.
Students/ Parents shall not gift. any Present/Cash/Sweets or Hush Money to any Staff members on any account for gratification.
Students should maintain their Class Rooms & School Campus neat & clean by using the Litter Bins/Dust Bins to put litters into them for proper Cleanliness.
Students should bring all the Subject Text Books, along with the Subject wise Notebooks to take notes, along with all the personal writing material, Pen, Pencil, eraser, scale etc. Borrowing from others is not allowed especially during exams.
Students should go in proper Queues/lines from their Class Room to Computer Class/Smart Class or the Play Ground, silently under a Teacher/PTI/Class Monitor/School Captain. with proper Discipline Smartly
Students are supposed to carry with them the 'Class Out Pass' while going to Toilets /Reception or to other Class Teachers.
Students should take proper care of their Books/Note Books personal belongings. They should be marked distinctly with indelible Name, Class, Section and Address for safety. They are expected to check the contents in the School Bag/ Satchel to check all their items intact. Theft cases if any, should be informed instantly / at once to the Subject Teacher/Co-ordinator for searching the same day.
Any damage to the School property shall be made good by the offender/ Defaulter/ errant student.
Students should always keep to their LEFT-Hand Side when using stair cases/ corridors or roads whenever arriving or departing.
